Restaurant or CPG industry marketing experience.

Living/working experience in one or more non-US markets.

Knowledge of industry and products being installed (inc. furniture, janitorial supplies, etc.).

Ability to use tact and skill in dealing with other staff, visitors and vendors, and internal partners.

Experience with computers and computer applications such as Microsoft 365

Make decisions on determining installation costs, return trips, and escalates issues through the proper channels when necessary.

Make decisions on scheduling, product delivery, and proper communication when managing large multi-location installations and services.

Ability to be a problem solver.

Minimum of 2 years of DME billing or accounts receivable experience required. Preferably well versed in Medicare guidelines and reimbursements.

Minimum of 2 years of experience working in & maintaining HIPAA standards

Highly skilled in using computers & Microsoft products (Excel and Word) is required.

Develop a sales strategy in concert with management direction

Possess a strong sense of urgency and time management

3 years proven Sales experience, preferably with a 3PL Brokerage, with a strong Dry Truckload, Flatbed/Specialized, LTL, and Intermodal background.

Extensive phone and verbal communication skills

Provide excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Experience selling to C- Level executives

Support direct-to-consumer sales efforts where required, including site management, social media account management and email marketing.

Manage listing optimization, content, creative, inventory, ad spend, account health and customer support

1 – 2+ years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of e-commerce Marketplaces such as Amazon, Target, Walmart, Etsy, etc.

Experience in supplement space preferred but not required

An analytical, highly organized mindset with experience managing complex projects.

Experience driving DTC strategies and DTC marketing a plus

High school diploma required; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Knowledge of Google Workplace/Microsoft office or other task management suites

National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification a plus

3-5 years of working experience in a healthcare setting is required

Knowledge of multi-state/national provider credentialing and/or enrollment required

Knowledge of billing processes preferred

Project management experience a plus.

Manage 3rd party logistics providers to ensure safety, service, quality and cost control.

3 or more years' leadership/supervisor experience in manufacturing and/or logistics environment.

Advanced communication, presentation, data analysis, and problem-solving skills preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Applications; SAP knowledge preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Knowledge of NCQA requirements with survey experience preferred

Tracks requirements and timeline for re-credentialing.

Alerts clinicians of re-credentialing requirements based on internal and external standards.

Supports PopHealthCare processes to assure licensure and certification are maintained

Supports PopHealthCare processes for state regulatory requirements for nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

Previous experience in credentialing of physicians, nurse practitioners, or physician assistants (minimum of 2 years preferred)
