Job Description

岗位职责：

1.负责美国地区岗位招聘工作，完善团队人才梯队建设。

2.规范美国各州用工规范，落地实施公司人力资源方案。

3.不定期巡仓，了解各仓库员工状态及需求，业务开展状态及实际需要。


任职要求：

1.3年以上人力资源工作经验，有当地仓储物流等岗位招聘资源和渠道。

2.熟悉美国当地用工规范，了解各州用工相关法律和政策规定。

3.有驾照、能接受出差。
