Overview The Senior Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers and ensuring that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner. The Senior Customer Experience Specialist is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, providing feedback to management on customer service issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Detailed Job Description The Senior Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers and ensuring that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner. The Senior Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing feedback to management on customer service issues. The Senior Customer Experience Specialist will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, providing feedback to management on customer service issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
