Review and manage NPI product training calendar (New Product Introduction)

At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store

Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff

Provide continuous feedback to Head Office Line Managers/HR and Store Management on the progress of the team and individual members

Actively contributes to the development of store staff quality and key store KPIs (i.e. Sales, VPT, UTP, Customer Experience, etc.)

Train store staff to ensure the best Customer Experience, in line with Corporate and Brand standards

Manage budgets and costs related to store training for the region

3 years minimum of work experience as Store/Retail Trainer with a special focus on Client Journey and Clienteling

Highly developed interpersonal communication and presentation skills

Minimum of three years related experience and/or training in a retail environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
