Overview A Remote Junior Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for open positions within an organization. They work with hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role and develop a recruitment strategy to identify and attract the best talent. They must be able to effectively communicate with candidates and maintain a positive relationship with them throughout the recruitment process. Detailed Job Description The Remote Junior Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for open positions within an organization. They will work with hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role and develop a recruitment strategy to identify and attract the best talent. They must be able to effectively communicate with candidates and maintain a positive relationship with them throughout the recruitment process.The Remote Junior Recruiter will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to identify and attract the best talent
• Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking
• Conducting initial phone interviews with candidates and assessing their qualifications
• Scheduling and conducting in-person interviews with candidates
• Maintaining a positive relationship with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Providing feedback to hiring managers on potential candidates
• Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new hires
Job Skills Required
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or related field
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
