Junior Recruiter

The Keller Group is hiring a Junior Recruiter/Sourcing Partner to join our growing marketing + creative division. This is a full-time, commission-based, hybrid position in the Greater, Phoenix Arizona area.

A day in the life of a Jr. Recruiter/Sourcing Partner at The Keller Group:

• Creatively source and pipeline candidates through various platforms, including company CRM
• Conduct research as needed to ensure you’re knowledgeable when it comes to open positions, clients, and trends in the job market.
• Ensure an enjoyable and thoughtful candidate experience through industry and market knowledge, regular communication, timely feedback, and showing respect and empathy for those in their job search.
• Craft engaging and creative messages to attract both active and passive job seekers nationwide
• Develop candidate submittal and pitch to share with peers and clients
• Easily adapt to changing priorities and hiring for various skill sets in a fast-paced and high-volume job
