Partner with hiring manager when job is posted to create an onboarding plan for new hire

Train managers on HR onboarding process

Work with Hiring manager to coordinate pre-start communication

Regularly touch base with candidates from the time that they accept the offer until their 1st anniversary with the company.

Ensure new hires are set up to speak with payroll and benefits to review process and policies

Check-ins with hiring manager monthly for 1 year

Prior experience working in customer service, staffing/recruitment, and/or education

Identifying, evaluating, and placing talent by exercising good decision-making skills.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Possess great interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

High degree of integrity, sense of urgency, decision making, and problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize and excellent follow up skills

Primary Responsibilities Of This Position

Training new clients in our website and programs,

• Previous Financial Services/Banking/Onboarding/Staffing industry and Vendor Management systems.

Title: HR / Onboarding Specialist

• Technical/associate degree in Business Administration.

● Customer relationship building and management skills.

● Own and manage customer relationships from purchase through successful implementation.

● Help the customer define their needs and manage their timeline toward seeing value.

● Successfully transfer your customer relationships to a customer success manager after onboarding.

● 1+ year of experience in client facing roles in the SaaS industry

● Excellent problem solving skills

Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or client services.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and ability to follow through on commitments.

Provide training/demos to clients on how to effectively use our fundraising platform, including system navigation, reporting, and campaign management.

Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Conduct basic needs assessments to understand clients' specific fundraising goals, challenges, and requirements.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively engage with clients at various organizational levels.

· Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience in lieu of education may be considered)

· Sending external employee’s agreements, offer letters, and contracts.

· Experience in a fast paced, efficiency focused environment is a plus.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of LinkedIn and ZoomInfo preferred

· Processing new hire paperwork for external employees including running background checks, drug screens and I-9 Forms.

· Guiding new consultants through the hiring and onboarding process

Associate degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or combination of education and experience required.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization skills.

Inputs and updates the Salesforce Credentialing database, Taleo Onboarding database, Oracle Human Capital Management database and Vituity Portal.

Working experience in the healthcare industry

4 years of working experience as a health insurance onboarding specialist

Experience working in a call service/customer service environment

Management of on-boarding statuses and providing weekly updates to Recruiters.

Adopt and follow onboarding best practices and processes to ensure customers receive an outstanding onboarding experience.

0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role

Utilize product adoption data and customer insights to trigger defined collateral

Become grounded and have a basic understanding of the full suite of Rapid7 products & services

Owning the customer experience from the point of sales throughout their onboarding process

Mapping out the customers’ requirements & needs to ensure a smooth onboarding and implementation

Collaborating proactively with other departments involved in the onboarding process by providing clear account setup requirements and deadlines

Educating customers on features, capabilities, and best practices to simplify adoption and align expectations.

Handling the successful and smooth transfer of your customers to their dedicated customer success manager after onboarding completion

Measuring and reporting upon the onboarding experience

3+ years of experience as an Onboarding Specialist
