As an Onboarding Specialist, you will assist in the implementation of new clients in our software. As part of a small team, you will work with brand new clients to install, train, and answer questions about our software. You will continue to proactively check-in and answer follow-up questions during their implementation period to ensure they are successful in using our service.

Primary Responsibilities Of This Position

• Clearing out your task list
• Training new clients in our website and programs,
• Assisting clients with issues during their implementation period
• Other duties as assigned by your manager
• Answering calls and emails
• Setting up our software

Qualifications

• Comfortable on a phone speaking with providers and insurance companies
• 1- 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Bachelors or related preferred (not required)
• Is flexible and enjoys learning new things
• Strong problem solving skills and can make decisions quickly
• Strong computer skills
• Very detailed oriented
• Experience working and growing with a team
