Must have 2 years of medical office experience

Medical terminology and computer experience.

Follow established company policies and procedures and apply acquired job skills to accomplish daily enrollment/ disenrollment operations/processes

2+ years of experience in patient support, customer service, call center, or sales

Determine eligibility for related plan members to ensure compliance. Obtain missing information for enrollment completion

Provides strategic and tactical support to Open Enrollment Coordinators and Account Management Teams

Manages OE intranet site administration and content.

Manages promotional budget for National and Local Accounts.

Manages meeting data to include meeting logistics, tracking of orders, recruitment of meeting facilitators and capturing meeting feedback.

Experience in healthcare industry preferred.

Experience in developing PowerPoint presentations

Complete all necessary continued learning and training requirements per department and company need

1 to 2 years Call Center experience in fast-paced setting

Excellent written and communication skills

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software

Shift start times range from 10:00a - 11:30am Est Monday- Friday [Excepting applicants in EST, CST, MST time zone]

Equipment and hardware provided. Interviewing, orientation, and training are conducted virtually.

Evaluate applications and credentials of high school and transfer student applications for admission, using established FAU and SUS guidelines.

Input student information, including transcripts, test scores, and personal data into the FAU Student Information System.

Communicate via electronic mail with prospective students, parents, and high schools regarding the admissions process and required documentation.

Render admissions decisions and/or forward pertinent information to other reviewing authorities as required.

Process data corrections and updates to applicant information on the Student Information System.

Analyzes an accounts benefits offering and recommends improvements as necessary.

Maintains EDI mapping guidelines at a client/vendor level to ensure compliance to all business requirements.

Reviews electronic vendor files in order to identify errors.

Resolves the root cause of identified file errors and takes action to avoid reoccurrence.

Determines solutions to improve or correct failed file transactions.

Supports the development and implementation of enrollment strategies for technology providers and select career associates.

Ability to connect with parents and families and sell the unique benefits of the campus or campuses that you support

An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work a non-traditional schedule (evenings, weekends, select holidays)

Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record

Able to build lasting relationships with scholars, families, and staff
