Hackensack Endoscopy Center has a need for a full time Registrar/Registration Coordinator!


Job Summary: The Registration Coordinator interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system; Collect monies due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure. Answer incoming phone calls. filing and other duties as needed.


Required Skills


  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
  • Medical terminology and computer experience.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Must have 2 years of medical office experience
