STUDENT ENROLLMENT COORDINATOR
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As our Student Enrollment Coordinator, you will own the enrollment process to meet 100% of campus enrollment goals. This process includes, but is not limited to, fostering local interest, managing the first year of school enrollment, and monitoring student and family persistence. In addition, you will raise awareness of your respective schools, promote the campus(es) that you support and available grades, secure applicants, and nurture families through the persistence pipeline.
We are only considering candidates living in or within 30-mile proximity to our school communities in Merrillville, IN.
LOCATION:
Kansas City, MO
DO YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
- Ability to connect with parents and families and sell the unique benefits of the campus or campuses that you support
- Ability to work a non-traditional schedule (evenings, weekends, select holidays)
- Knowledge of the community
AND ARE YOU?
- Comfortable with data entry
- Able to build lasting relationships with scholars, families, and staff
- Able to drive the mission and vision of PLA
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
