A Corporate HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the human resources department of a company. They are responsible for managing the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training.Detailed Job Description:
The Corporate HR Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent. This includes developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. The Corporate HR Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training. They must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Corporate HR Manager is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors and partners.What is Corporate Hr Manager Skills Required?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
