Job Description
Fluidra is seeking a Contract Business Analyst to join the team at our North American Headquarters in Carlsbad, CA. This contract is projected to last 8 -12 months.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
As a part of the Transformation Office Financial Team, the role will be responsible for collaborating with multiple teams to collect and drive data analysis. This person's work will help make the team more robust in the amount of data collected and pooled to ensure that we have a good system of being able to locate and search for all stakeholders. A skillset in collaboration, organization, and good teamwork will be essential for success.

This role sets a positive employee environment by adhering to Fluidra's Values, Ethics, and Philosophies. This candidate must exemplify positive, team-oriented values in their daily activities that foster ease of doing business with internal and external customers. Additionally, you will:

  • Other duties as assigned
  • Use internal Data Sources to Verify sources and create reporting
  • Identify gaps in current processes / information and help close
  • Gather and Analyze Data from multiple sources
  • Participate in cross-functional & International teams
  • Manage assigned projects to completion with help and support as needed
  • Develop an organizational system to help multiple teams have access to finalized data
  • Proactively flag issues for the Transformation Office Finance team
  • Maintain & Create reporting

WHAT WE SEEK
  • Power BI Experience
  • Great interpersonal and communication skill
  • Must be data driven & detailed-oriented
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • General Knowledge of Supply Chain & Finance is a plus
  • 1+ years of analytical experience
  • Pro-active communication, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and functions under pressure to meet strict delivery requirements
  • Must be team oriented with a positive attitude in working with others
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel experience

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or other related field
