Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Processing A/R, A/P, credit card, financing, and petty cash as directed by accounting and/or management.

Communicating all employee issues, incidents, write-ups, actions, suspensions, qualifying events, and complaints to HR, management, and/or the effected employee(s)

Strong time management, attention to detail, and follow through.

Establishing, developing, maintaining and updating filing systems, and processing paperwork for GM, Assistant Managers, and Planting Crew Mangers.

2+ years of experience in administrative assistant or clerical position (preferably in accounting or HR).

Fulfill all documentation requirements including the use of data collection of strategies and goals, completion of session notes during the session

Work with families and supervisor to establish an environment supportive of treatment and education across all settings of care

You have experience working with children, preferably children with autism.

You are skilled at using software and systems including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.

You preferably have knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.

Attend Cortica's orientation and complete Cortica's Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) training

Experience with general purpose X-ray diffraction and thin film analysis, HRXRD, XRR and GIXRD is preferred.

Previous experience as an Application Scientist within the analytical X-ray instrument industry is a plus.

Demonstrate the use of Rigaku instruments at our facility, or similarly equipped customer facilities.

Support the sales effort by accompanying sales engineers on visits to prospective customer sites.

Provide user training on newly installed customer equipment.

Create documentation that demonstrates the effectiveness of the instrumentation for various applications.

Approximately 240 FTEs (including 7 Managers for Surgical Services, Sterile Processing & Endoscopy + 2 Assistants)

Previous Director experience running a large OR with multiple service lines including CV, Neuro, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Oncology, etc.

24 Operating Rooms servicing all major service lines, 4 Xi Robots a Hybrid Room and a separate 4 Room Endoscopy Unit

Part of an established Level II Trauma Medical Center

Apttus contract management experience is desirable

Serves as Document and Records Management Administrator

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including mid to advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel (Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint

Participates with data entry efforts in support of analytical models

Immaculate written and oral communication skills

Ability to make decisions about work priorities and to effectively and efficiently manage workload

Professional certification in clinical area or management within one year of hire preferred

This position can be filled as a Planner/Scheduler I or II depending upon the candidate's experience/background

Minimum education required of the position

Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.

Must be willingly to attend a live or virtual 3 day General Manager training.

Ability to manage and drive 2 revenue streams: memberships and retail.

Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email

Solid writing and grammar skills.

Experience with time management skills, prioritizing and meeting deadline expectations

Manages the employee onboarding experience to include DOT and Non-DOT positions

Manages HRIS data and employee benefit administration
