Job Description
Must- Haves


  • Bachelor of Nursing degree from an accredited school of professional nursing required. Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive clinical experience
  • Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing
  • Professional certification in clinical area or management within one year of hire preferred



  • Approves new hires, establishes and enforces performance appraisal standards, collaborates with managers to identify staffing requirements, and ensures appropriate staffing levels.
  • Directs the daily operations of designated patient care departments, ensuring the effective management of personnel and overseeing both clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Looking for someone with a strong clinical and business sense, experience collaborating with physicians, organized, strategic, with a proven track record in developing leaders and delivering on key results.
  • A position responsible for providing leadership, direction, and support for one or more patient care departments, ensuring the delivery of quality care to patients, and for planning, implementing, requesting, and controlling the budget, staffing, and robust process improvement.
  • Previous Director Experience running a large OR with multiple service lines including CV, Neuro,Orthopedics,General Surgery ,Oncology ect
