Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred

Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Additional certifications in wellness/fitness specialties are desirable (preferred)

Masters in a health-related field or equivalent experience (preferred)

Five or more years of experience working as a coach in a professional setting

Skillful in navigating technology, patient monitoring platform, and system requirements during patient monitoring

Familiar with basic Microsoft Windows operations and skilled in simple data entry

Preferred prior clinical experience and hospital background

Provides and maintains pertinent medical records, reports, studies, and schedules in accordance with state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facility

Qualified therapeutic recreation specialist, certified activities director, occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant experience preferred

Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) preferred; Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Activity Director Certification accepted

3+ years of management and leadership experience in a multi-location setting.

Monitors contract services budget and financial performance management

Complies with labor management tools, systems, policies, and procedures.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field is strongly preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, iOS, and project management software tools.

Coordinates and manages new facility start-ups within their region.

Has strong written and oral communication skills.

Minimum Training and Experience Required
