Experience with Workforce Management software (scheduling, performance tracking, reporting)

Monitors real-time associate adherence to schedule, identifying discrepancies and communicating to team leads/management as necessary.

Monitors CSR call-in line and Workforce Management mailbox to update schedules and maintain accurate intra-day projections.

Support the program controls team to establish schedule control, cost control, change management, risk management and reporting tools.

Bachelors or 4 Year Degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree.

Must be familiar with web-based construction document management platforms

A Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing construction projects as Construction Manager on a project of $150M+.

10 plus years of progressively challenging experience on engineering and/or construction projects

Must have highly effective written and verbal communication skills

Serve as a functional owner of content management and records management applications

Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of nine years of relevant experience or;

Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and a minimum of seven years of relevant experience.

Experience with owning an enterprise-wide application

Experience with owning a database and application server

Provide administrative and clerical support to Workforce Management Specialists and management by preparing labor and payroll reporting

One (1) year of scheduling experience

Experience utilizing Virtual Roster and Kronos software

Listen to internal guests inquiries and provide suggestions, training and general assistance with various software platforms

Demonstrated broad supply chain knowledge

Bachelor’s degree- focus upon supply chain or engineering discipline desirable
