The Senior Technology Management Professional collaborates with the business portfolio team to align the IT portfolio and demand. The Senior Technology Management Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) aligns with and delivers on our IT Strategy by driving agility and delivering greater business value through timely technology adoption with a focus on ability to stay current and assess status within the lifecycle of vendor supplied third party technology, including Cloud providers.
This role will support technology lifecycle management by providing transparency into technology related data, as well as ongoing monitoring and reporting on technology lifecycle initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing applications using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Bi, among others.
- Manage Technology Lifecycle Management’s numerous SharePoint sites in support of customer success.
- Design, develop, test, deploy visuals, custom workflows and other SharePoint Online solutions.
- Assist in content creation and learning documentation in support of customer-focused knowledge.
- Work with other integration components, page templates, branding customizations, and web services.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation
- Experience producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Superior organization skills
- Power Automate mastery
- 5 or more years of technical experience
- Power Bi knowledge
- Experience in problem analysis and process
- SharePoint Online mastery
- E-learning knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum certification

Work-At-Home Requirements
All Humana associates approved for the Home or Hybrid Home/Office work styles are required to self-provide wireless, wired cable or DSL access to the internet at the connectivity speeds required by the company to successfully perform their job with the exception of associates who live or work from home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Connectivity requirements are detailed below.
Connectivity – Requirement Details
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
- Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
- Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership.
- Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.
- Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
- At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate.
