The Data Product Manager is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to identify data needs by leveraging the data flow throughout an entire product lifecycle and documenting the data requirements for each new capability, functionality, or product. This individual works as a liaison and manages data features between the solution and product teams. In this role, you will have an opportunity to influence the design and development of a solution in order to provide data sets that improve the quality and insights to business partners.

• Ensure product owners have clear understanding of objectives, strategy and success criteria
• Be an innovative thinker and self-motivated with an innate curiosity around data
• Translate the business needs to data requirements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Define problem statements, features, value, benefit hypothesis and identify teams needed to deliver work
• Consult in capability development
• Use independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
• Model and encourage Agile behaviors within the team
• Prioritize features spanning across all technical delivery teams supporting data
• Experience in performing in-depth data analysis to derive insights that drives business outcomes and decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• SAFe Agile POPM certification
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical realm OR relevant experience as a product manager
• Working knowledge of Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
• Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies
• Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 2+ or more years of project leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge or Cloud Computing is a plus
• Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience producing metrics, measurements, trend reports, problem analysis and process improvement
• Six sigma certifications
• Familiarity of the healthcare insurance industry
• Previous experience with Genesys or other consumer experience equivalent platforms a plus.
