Responsibilities we need you to perform.

A minimum of two (2) years of sales experience in retail or wholesale sales.

Provides assistance when needed to collect necessary paperwork for new retailers as well as any change of ownerships and terminations.

Provides assistance when necessary with terminations and change of ownerships.

Assists in the development of detailed execution plans to grow sales within the district.

Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with lottery personnel and lottery retailers.

Executes sales promotions at retail as directed.

Develop continuous and up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.

Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and various office/administrative duties.

3 years of sales experienced preferred.

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base is desired.

6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred

5+ years relevant sales or account management experience, ideally within the wireless dealer / distribution segment or similar consumer electronics category

Monitor and analyze customers’ product consumption and trade spend effectiveness, including proactive inventory management, promotion ROI, and other vendor investment initiatives

Work with leadership to build, rollout and manage execution of brand advocacy and training programs within the Wireless Channel

Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

Possess problem solving, attention to details, and analytical skills

Oversee sales activities for a portfolio of existing wireless dealer / distribution customers

Participate in a one week paid training at our Corporate Training Sales Class, to gain product knowledge and sales solutions expertise.

Create new and existing guest relationships by elevating their in store experience with that personal touch

Organized with thorough follow up skills

Take a consultative selling approach to building guest relationships.

7+ years of work experience in consulting, sales, product management, or customer delivery, preferably in a B2B environment

Familiarity with principles of product management or previous experience working directly with product and engineering teams.

With approval of management, forms mutually advantageous business alliances that increase sales volume.

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or combination of education and related experience.

Manages and Collaborates with local sales channels for Wireless/DAQ Solutions in North America

Develops and Manages Engineering/Pre-Sales/Post-Sales organization that supports Proof-of-Concepts, seminars, solution demonstrations, training and application development.

Retail sales experience strongly preferred.

You'll provide features and benefits information to help customers make home furnishing selections.

A draw/commission pay structure with an uncapped income; escalating commission % with the more you sell, the greater the commission

5-7 years of Project Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in process improvement and change management practices with a demonstrated ability to drive meaningful change within an organization.

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and risk management.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and leaders, and manage conflict.

Effectively identify, manage, and mitigate business risks, and resolve incidents in a timely manner, including root cause analysis.

Manage sensitive projects with the utmost discretion and confidentiality for internal clients.
