Full Time: Up to $30.00 or more per hour including base rate and commissions

Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer with over 700 retail locations across the United States, has an immediate opening for a Verizon Wireless Sales Representative to join our team in Concord. As a Verizon Wireless Sales Representative, you will discover the needs of our customers and provide individualized customer service to equip the customers with appropriate wireless products and Verizon Wireless Service.

The role of a Verizon Wireless Sales Representative:

• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and various office/administrative duties.
• Develop continuous and up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Develop and monitor action plans for the accomplishment of daily/month sales goals
• Provide service to our customers including but not limited to explaining billing statements, troubleshooting service and device issues, and provide device training.
• Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns in cooperation with the Marketing Department and community involvement events.
• Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and other devices along with wireless services to the public while demonstrating outstanding customer service.

Job requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly.
• Reliable transportation so you arrive to work on time, every time.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base is desired.
• 3 years of sales experienced preferred.
