Furniture Sales Representative - Retail Sales Consultant

As a Retail Sales Professional with Kane’s, you will have unlimited earnings potential comprised of excellent commissions, spiffs, and incentives with a potential bonus within the first 13 weeks on the selling floor. There is the opportunity to become a Million Dollar Club member, earning a six figure income. We have a track record of promoting and coaching from within as well as providing the resources you need to achieve your professional and financial goals.

Expectations:

• Participate in a one week paid training at our Corporate Training Sales Class, to gain product knowledge and sales solutions expertise.
• Qualifications we prefer:
• Create new and existing guest relationships by elevating their in store experience with that personal touch
• Computer savvy
• Commission retail sales experience
• Take a consultative selling approach to building guest relationships.
• Multitasker, able to juggle priorities
• Organized with thorough follow up skills
• Persuasive selling style
• Self-motivated and results driven
• Confident decision-maker
