Create creative briefs on behalf of the VIP team.

Focus on multiple facets of the VIP lifecycle, including reactivation, account management, and loyalty integration.

An extreme passion for improving the customer/player experience, solving problems, and driving positivity amongst the team.

Strong desire to teach and coach a team to deliver quality customer experience and consistent sales techniques.

Knowledge and ability to increase revenues and control expenses.

Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks while effectively focusing on priority issues.

Experience with sports betting, gaming economies, and player behavior.

3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Create strong, authentic, and trusted player relationships.

Exceed engagement and service level performance targets.

Assist in reactivation efforts to re-engage inactive users.

Effectively distribute an allotted promotional budget.
