Knowledge of film sets & equipment: basic lighting, camera setup and sound recording

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Affects & Adobe Audition)

Attending production sets to help with transportation of equipment and set up of interviews, filming, or sound assistance.

Location scout for interview sets, B-roll, etc.

Pressing “record” on certain devices.

Advanced non-linear video editing experience and knowledge, and proficiency in digital sound production and broadcast quality production highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related experience

• Manage related administrative components including shipping equipment, production scheduling, project tracking, processing invoices, etc.

• Own and manage the end-to-end, external digital communication processes

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Experience with audio/video production, advertising and marketing coordination activities

• Experience developing and delivering creative solutions that strengthen the brand distinction

• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of desktop communication tools/technologies (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Zoom etc.)

Experience with an understanding of Discord

Create 2D animation for the game’s characters, enemies, and other assets as needed

Understand the game’s style guide and follow it

Participate and attend weekly meetings

Strong supervisory skills to oversee video crews in a varied range of live video productions.

Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with students, parents, faculty, staff and visiting industry professionals.

General knowledge and functionality in all aspects of Video Production Workflows including basic video editing.

Concerts, Clinics and other presentations by students, faculty and Visiting Artists are captured daily as supervised by the Production Assistant.

To maintain consistent delivery of quality content department staff tracks daily progress for review and to share updates with the Director.

Flexibility to shift work hours to accommodate projects scheduled outside normal work hours. (Can include weekends and holidays when needed.)

Assist in management of camera and grip equipment, including cleaning, organization, and repairs

Assist in media management for individual projects including media offloading and duplication, footage syncing, footage organizing, and archiving

Experience working on video projects

Experience working in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Adobe Premiere

Experience managing projects in Slack, Frame.io, and Vimeo

Prepare camera and grip equipment for use on set

Manage and submit expense reports on a weekly basis.

Manage vendors, invoices and payments.

Very strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Broad knowledge of film production techniques and procedures.

Knowledge of film and music video industry and history.

Ten years or more experience in video game design and development.

Experience teaching video game design, preferably at the high school level.

Knowledge of Culturally Responsive Teaching practices

Unity (and related testing for certification)

Knowledge of current and past video games

The 1.0 FTE (full-time) Seattle Skills Center

Technical skills and knowledge with video board content and management.

Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.

Plan and manage the yearly promotional budget and engage in the ordering and management of all promotional items for each season.

Coordinate all pre-game and post-game events, including, national anthems, first pitches, pre-game recognitions and other guest/partner related experiences.

Manages mascot related activities and the mascot program.

Manage relationship with stadium audio company.

Experience as a Camera Operator, audio engineer, teleprompter operator, and stage manager

1 year of relevant work experience preferred

Experience using NLE editing software (Final Cut Pro preferred)

Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition, Media Encoder)

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Respectable verbal and written communication skills.

High school diploma; college education preferred.

Experience in camping and in supervising children.

Interest in robotics, coding, math, design, communications, video, music and art

Complete required background checks, DOH and camp training.

Ability to work with children of all ages.

Work independently with little guidance

Knowledgeable of certification processes and proven ability to interpret and apply requirements across various styles of gameplay

Experienced with test case management software

Knowledge of, and experience in, black box software testing principles

Knowledgeable of tools/software required for certification testing
