Job Description

Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with a renowned healthcare company to find a communication specialist -video production.


This is a 3 month, 8-5 remote role in the state of Texas. The pay is $28.09 - $38.13/hr.


In this role you will help with items like interviewing, video transcription, video equipment management, scheduling, etc. Some roles you will be serve include: video producer, assistant director to me, etc.


Description:

The Communications Specialist will be responsible for audio and video communication for various audiences with the overarching task to positively drive a consistent message promoting the brand in the community. This position will play an integral hands-on role in working with other corporate departments and teams to implement internal and external brand awareness, marketing campaigns and corporate communication. Although reporting directly to the Manager, Digital Communications, this position will work with additional team leaders to ensure the message is consistent, clear and concise.


Responsibilities:

• Aid in production of audio and video content for portfolio of external and internal websites

• Manage related administrative components including shipping equipment, production scheduling, project tracking, processing invoices, etc.

• Deliver engaging audio and video content, including provider videos, podcast episodes, etc.

• Provide basic digital graphic design and quality control (copy editing, video and audio product review)

• Gather and report metrics to clients with the intent of driving greater strategy and channel performance

• Own and manage the end-to-end, external digital communication processes

• Maintain brand and communication standards, ensuring we speak with a unified voice and in our patients’ best interest

• Initiate and collaborate with team members to develop award-winning quality internal and external campaigns and marketing materials, including but not limited to, videos, podcast episodes, multi-media campaigns and internal communication across the enterprise

• Work with graphic designers to provide the necessary information to develop team materials, reports and other ad hoc collateral

• Apply learning to future creative processes in order to optimize strategies

• Research and remain atop the latest digital marketing and brand storytelling trends to develop videos for content marketing strategy

• Manage projects, use team resources, communicate with and manage senior management and internal client expectations with successful outcomes

• Allocate initiatives among team resources, identifying and implementing efficiencies with the appropriate skill-sets, establish deadlines for projects and make sure creative output is on-target, on-strategy and on time

• Ensure communication accuracy of all business and marketing claims, including interfacing with legal and compliance when necessary to verify approved messaging

• Develop marketing strategies and be able to clearly present ideas and strategies to leadership and in group settings

• Other duties as assigned that are critical to the effectiveness of the communications team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Experience with audio/video production, advertising and marketing coordination activities

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects with tight deadlines while paying close attention to the details of all the deliverables

• Experience developing and delivering creative solutions that strengthen the brand distinction

• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of desktop communication tools/technologies (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Zoom etc.)

• Demonstrate knowledge of web-based communications vehicles (Intranet, Internet, SharePoint sites, webinars, live streaming, Microsoft Teams, project management software)

• Experience in publishing/distributing communications content as needed and ensuring proper implementation (e.g. email, video, websites, podcasts, media placement, search engine optimization)

• Experience in developing digital and social media content, including graphics

• Experience working on a marketing or communications team with direct interaction with Creative Director, Art Director or Marketing Director

• Marketing and/or communications experience within a healthcare environment

• Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy and enthusiasm, with ability to thrive in a collaborative, high performance and action-oriented team environment

• Experience translating recommendations and direction into a cohesive creative voice that resonates with consumers
