What do you bring to the table? - Education and Experience

Provide corporate planning guidance for top line planning; manage communication to respective leaders.

10+ years of merchandise planning experience inclusive of OTB ownership in a specialty retail environment.

Manage numerous client projects to ensure quality delivery, process consistency, and value-add to client's estates.

Strong knowledge and understanding of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, ERISA, Dodd-Frank, SEC rules and other relevant regulations and laws.

10+ Years of financial planning experience (Income Tax, Retirement and; Estate Planning) ideally working with High Net-Worth and Ultra High-Net-Worth clients

Experience in building a professional (COI) network

Lead a growing team of planners, consultants, and technical specialists in financial planning, tax, and estate/trust specialties.

Run a multi-million-dollar consulting practice through successful engagements (annual, and discovery) with UHNW clients and prospects.

As team grows, may be required to manage team performance including developing skill sets, coaching, mentoring, and supporting development opportunities

Evaluate models and methodology, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement in forecasting and planning capabilities

10+ years experience in a planning, forecasting, and/or business strategy role, ideally in the fresh food industry

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Lead customer integration efforts, including major task identification and cross-functional resourcing

- Implement product strategies that set our certification and training offerings apart in the market.

- Teach certification programs online and in-person, and develop new courses each week.

- Predict future market trends and user consumption patterns to keep our product offerings relevant and competitive.
