Vice President Of Planning And Development Jobs in Arkansas

Demonstrated experience in project management to include initiating, planning, executing, controlling and monitoring over projects

Proficiency in management skills with intellectual curiosity and the ability to vision as well as execute

Working knowledge of development and implementation of work plans, e.g., design of performance management system of goals, targets, and monitoring process

Proven track record of excellent people, stakeholder, and agency management, with experience working with varying seniority levels to set clear direction

Support continuous improvement and change management initiatives

Excellent communications skills, including editing, writing, and verbal presentation abilities

As team grows, may be required to manage team performance including developing skill sets, coaching, mentoring, and supporting development opportunities

Evaluate models and methodology, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement in forecasting and planning capabilities

10+ years experience in a planning, forecasting, and/or business strategy role, ideally in the fresh food industry

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Lead customer integration efforts, including major task identification and cross-functional resourcing
