Globally diversified investment management firm based in Baltimore, Maryland managing $1.3tn in assets (as of 3/31/23) with offices in 16 countries

Diverse responsibilities including collaboration with portfolio managers, extensive financial analysis, and company/industry related research projects

3-5 year structured program offering extensive training and mentoring, designed to develop future investment analysts

Background and/or strong interest in finance preferred

Effective communication skills (verbal and written)

Generate internal deal ratings, maintain applicable scorecards, monitor limits, oversee data accuracy to ensure compliance with internal data generation/management guidelines.

Bachelor’s/University Degree in Quantitative Fields such as Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, Business Finance, Mathematics or equivalent experience.

Work proactively with Origination, Risk, and other internal constituents to ensure timely execution and internal reporting of new deals, syndication, amendment.

Salary range of $70,000 to $78,000 - commensurate with experience and skills
