Job Description

  • Maintain adequate work flow. Include collecting, separation and distribution of work as needed to/from Underwriters and to/from Underwriting Department and other departments.
  • Dictate protection class change letters, order protection class listings, diary for returned listings, file PIAL notices and refer letters to Regional Underwriting Manager for completion.
  • Review diary prior to referring to Underwriters for reordering of CBR's and/or MVR's.
  • Verify pictures for property reinspection program.
  • Verify motorboat information for new business and changes.
  • Work diary daily.
  • Match dictated letters/memos with files in dictation trays.
  • Order MVR's CBR's, and CLUE reports for Underwriter purposes.
