Role Summary – T. Rowe Price Associate Analyst Program
  • Daily opportunity to learn directly from our senior investment professionals
  • Opportunity to interact with public company CEOs and CFOs both in our offices and on the road
  • Diverse responsibilities including collaboration with portfolio managers, extensive financial analysis, and company/industry related research projects
  • 3-5 year structured program offering extensive training and mentoring, designed to develop future investment analysts
  • Exceptional performers have potential to be promoted to Equity Research Analyst
  • Expectation to provide investment insight and impact the investment process, not just number crunching
  • Competitive compensation with significant upside potential for high performers
 
Qualifications – T. Rowe Price Associate Analyst Program
  • Highly motivated, confident self-starter, with ability to work independently and with others
  • Strong academic background and intellectual curiosity
  • Completion of at least level 1 of the CFA preferred, but not required
  • Background and/or strong interest in finance preferred
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth thematic research across a broad spectrum of topics which can be additive to the investment process
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Interest in equity investing
 
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for remote work up to one day a week.
