Treasury Management Operations Specialist

Job Purpose:

Will assist in the support and delivery of all Treasury Management Solutions (including Remote Deposit Capture, ACH (automated clearing house), Wire Transfer, Positive Pay and other payment channels. The position will be responsible for processing all aspects of implementation and billing for Treasury Management solutions. Will be responsible for collecting documents, forms, and any other tasks related to implementations including billing. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and adhering to policies and procedures as defined.

Job Duties:

• Process and maintain Repo setups and reporting.
• Monitors the Implementation Request Form to quickly assume ownership of an escalation and take the necessary action to resolve the issue or request.
• Provide feedback to manager on ways to streamline the implementation process or improve the overall client experience.
• Ensure client satisfaction through taking ownership and delivering timely resolution of client action items.
• Responsible for creating, maintenance, and maintaining billing for all Treasury Management solutions.
• Coordinates communication with Treasury Management Officer, Client Advisor, Business Support, Operations, and Retail during implementation or maintenance period.
• Take ownership and facilitates the implementation and maintenance requests.
• Adheres to quality standards set forth for all implementation requests.
• Identify potential problem areas during the implementation processes based on experience with past implementations. Proactively addresses these areas by offering suggestions and alternative solutions.
• Responsible for updating and maintaining XAA (bank business service charge system).

• Will provide Operational Support for the Bank’s Treasury Management solutions.

• Will perform special projects as assigned.
• Will cross train in other TM Operations as needed.

Education, Job Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Degree, GED or foreign equivalent required.
• Must be detail oriented and possess critical thinking skills.
• Previous Treasury Management Implementation experience preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and be flexible.
• Willing to participate in continuing education courses as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of Treasury Management products and services.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Degree, GED or foreign equivalent required.
