Description

• Key contact for service and maintenance for Branch and Business Banking customers.
• Trains customers on new Treasury Management setups.
• Independently identifies cross-sale opportunities and assists the TMA in the execution of additional sales across existing TM portfolio.
• Independently determines appropriate pricing and may lead special pricing renewals.
• Directly works with customers on annual renewals for ACH, wires, high risk RDC, Commercial Card, and Controlled Disbursement accounts.
• Manages data for Treasury Management Advisors, creates RFPs, proposals, and proforma pricing analysis.
• Responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing, and resolving complex problems with regard to TM onboarding and servicing.

Basic Qualifications:

• Hold an advanced role in a bank environment (highly preferred)
• 4 years or more in banking or treasury management.
• 1 or more years of banking experience
• Bachelor's Degree

Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
