Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and/or progressively responsible work experience.

Eight or more years of progressively responsible people managerial experience, and eight or more years of banking and/or cash management experience.

A minimum of five years of computer system administration and customer service experience.

Proven leadership skills and a high degree of self motivation, and initiative.

Provide consulting and coaching to assist in the development of the staff.

Responsible for directing the daily workflow and operations of the Treasury division.

Demonstrated strong project management skills, including ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Manage Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees across the Company’s portfolio of subsidiaries.

Lead process to manage and respond to KYC requests from financial institutions and the Company’s business partners.

5+ years of overall experience in treasury and related functions

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

If not already certified, obtain Certified Manager of Community Associations certification within 6 months of hire.

1-3 years of Treasury, banking, or corporate finance experience

Assist with SOX, internal and external audits, and other compliance requirements.

Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience required. Preference in: Accounting, Finance

Manage a time-sensitive delivery schedule as defined in the client specific SLAs.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.

Reviewing, analyzing, and entering client information and transactions into multiple banking and platform systems

8+ years of experience leading Treasury Operations, Liquidity and Cash Management functions.

Debt, derivatives, and hedge accounting management experience

Manage account controls and documentation for daily processes (Treasury’s J-SOX narrative and documentation).

Progressive managerial role in financial services, corporate treasury, or relevant industry

Broad knowledge of financial and capital markets products, including debt, derivatives, asset securitization, investments, and foreign exchange

Banks and software vendors Relations experience

Oversee HOA management and maintenance by serving on all HOA boards and scheduling and attending all HOA meetings

Ensure that management companies secure an IRS ID number, open back accounts, and develop sales test

Organize, communicate, and schedule any and all HOA activities the division and/or the HOA manager is responsible for

Three to five years of related real estate experience and/or training

Prepare deficit funding requests and work with the Accounting Department and/or outside developer to collect needed operating funds

Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

1 year of accounting or related experience

Manage incoming and outgoing wires and transactions in banking systems across the Rock Family of Companies and obtain wire details

Monitor and manage the age of loan pipeline

Pull bank statements and reports to manage bank account activity
