The Role


The Operations and Services Group (OSG) Treasury: Cash Management Services division provides cash management and banking products, operations, and advisory services in support of the various lines of business. We are looking for a team-focused Operational Analyst to provide processing oversight within our Funds Transfer International function. As an analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring foreign currency wire payments and investigations are being processed within our policy and procedures, accurately and within our service level agreements. You will be able to drive change through implementing process improvements and system enhancements that will increase processing efficiency, quality and reduce firm risk.


Responsibilities Include


  • Maintain up to date policy and procedures for key functions performed
  • Subject matter expert that will manage wire payment and investigation processing
  • Manage escalated issues in a timely manner and to resolution
  • Process International Stock Option Plan settlements and investigations
  • Manage relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Provide supervisory support within the department
  • Process foreign currency wires


The Expertise And Skills You Bring


  • Highly detailed oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • 5+ years of working in Operations and/or Business Analysis
  • Ability to handle and resolve complex money movement issues
  • FINRA Series 99 required; within 90 days of hire
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Develop relationships with internal and external business partners, including our Client Experience teams, Margin, Technology and Vendor Banks
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting


The Team


The Funds Transfer International division supports timely and accurate Money Movement related foreign currency transaction processing while adhering to policy, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. The team also performs settlements and all related wire investigations for Workplace Investing’s International Stock Option Plan participant redemptions.
