JOB SUMMARY: The Treasury Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting all daily operational functions in support of the Healthcare and Specialty Lending lines of business. This position will support the Senior Vice President with driving innovative system implementations and processes to streamline deposit and treasury operations activities, while ensuring that all activities are executed in accordance with policies, contractual provisions, and strong internal control.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver direct customer service for escalated /complex issues and provide support to the Healthcare and Specialty Lending team to interpret and explain bank policies and procedures
• Work in tandem with Digital Banking, Deposit Services, and Treasury Sales to ensure proper, efficient, and accurate setup of new customer products and services, as well as support of existing customers
• Assist with additional projects as needed
• Serve as a liaison for Healthcare and Specialty Lending on banking procedures and controls
• Provide active day to day support to the Healthcare and Specialty Lending team with customers as needed for problem resolution, escalation of issues, alignment of operational priorities, and communicate with both internal and external customers
• Assist with urgent requests by providing organized and accurate analysis on an ad-hoc basis
• Support the day-to-day Treasury operations function in support of the Healthcare and Specialty Lending teams
• Provide sales, service, and execution support for new and prospective client relationships
• Ensure that business objectives and activities adhere to bank policies and procedures and are following state and federal regulatory requirements
• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all Healthcare and Specialty Lending servicing requests, new account set-ups, and modifications
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of bank products and services in order to aide in identifying customer's needs and to provide solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that enable innovative ideas and recommendations
• Leadership ability to react in an agile manner to execute efficiently and effectively
• Experience with treasury systems and understanding of treasury operations and payment processing is required
• 2-3 years minimum experience in treasury management and banking operations
• Convey a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure while exercising a high level of initiative and judgement when making routine decisions
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount to ensure and foster customer confidence
• Ability to coordinate, collaborate, and to foster strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
