Project management professional certification preferred.

Contract and Change Order Management though out the project.

Oversee Material management staff, QA/QC staff, Subcontractors, Office staff, Environmental Staff, schedulers, and safety needs.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (Include Budget, P&L, and People Management Responsibilities, as appropriate)

· Project planning and management

BS degree or qualifying related work experience (minimum 6+ years)

Proven experience in invoicing and budget management.

2+ years of Commercial Flooring Project Management experience required.

Proficient with MS Office, and Project Management softwares.

Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.

Manage day-to-day project operations while coordinating with clients and contractors.

Analyze and manage budgets as well as forecast future costs to drive project, and company profitability.

5+ years of experience (hotels construction, new building and renovation management)

Hotel, Hospitality, High End Retail, Restaurants

Willing to travel to the hotel properties/sites along the East Coast (D.C./NY/FL)

Any type of minor specialty work

Requirement: Management experience, will supervise staff and run unit operations. Must have understanding of food/labor cost, and inventory.

Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control

Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable

Full culinary management of food service operation to include inventory, ordering and receiving
