Job Title: Traveling Project Manager
Job Location: D.C./Virginia, New York, Florida (must be willing to travel along the East Coast)
Salary: $120K-$160K
Requirements: 5+ years (hospitality projects, restaurants and hotels construction, new building and renovation management)
We are a hospitality business with a focus on real estate development and management.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful management of construction projects. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of projects, coordinate with subcontractors, manage budgets, and ensure deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of work is delivered to our clients.
What You Need for this Position
Must Have

• Hotel, Hospitality, High End Retail, Restaurants
• 5+ years of experience (hotels construction, new building and renovation management)
• Willing to travel to the hotel properties/sites along the East Coast (D.C./NY/FL)

Nice To Have

• Any type of minor specialty work
• Major renovation projects
