Compensation: 90 – 120K/YR

This position is for our studio Floorz – Colorado’s premier commercial flooring contractor.


Job Summary:

Floorz by elements is looking for an Executive Project Manager to join our team.

This position will specifically be responsible for managing a multi-million dollar commercial flooring project out of Laramie, WY. Approximately 80% of your time will be spent onsite in Wyoming and 20% of the time at our Denver headquarters.

You must have minimum 2 years of Commercial Flooring Project Management experience to be considered for this position.


Essential Functions:

  • Monitor, verify and expedite material and equipment deliveries.
  • Develop, review and process change documents, work orders and purchase orders.
  • Analyze and manage budgets as well as forecast future costs to drive project, and company profitability.
  • Identify critical issues and design initiatives to address using efficient processes.
  • Manage day-to-day project operations while coordinating with clients and contractors.
  • Determine resources from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations and schedule.
  • Develop initiatives for improving project profitability and delivery.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven experience in invoicing and budget management.
  • Proficient with MS Office, and Project Management softwares.
  • Strong ability to forecast future projects.
  • Strong constructability knowledge
  • Familiarity with quality, health, and safety standards.
  • Team oriented with strong sense of leadership.
  • Strong financial acumen and prowess.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
  • 2+ years of Commercial Flooring Project Management experience required.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 preferred.
