Job Description
Roles and responsibilities


  • Walking long distances from pole to pole while carrying equipment
  • Treat and inspect wood utility poles at ground level
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by foreman or management
  • Manually dig around the base of the pole & refilling the hole
  • Drilling holes in the poles & tagging pole complete
  • 100% Travel Ability Nationwide
  • Applying products to pole for treatment

  • Conduct proper behavior both on the job site and after hours when traveling with the company
  • Ability to support a fast paced, demanding work schedule, could include late evenings and/or weekends
  • Alignment with company & client mission, vision, and values
  • A high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skills
  • Preform daily safety tailgate meeting and report any safety issues/concerns to management immediately
  • Strong team player with the ability to adopt to diverse team members
  • Leave job sites, trucks, and hotel rooms in good, clean, working order
