Evaluate subordinate managers and serve as the second-level reviewing official for supervisory performance ratings.

Knowledge of and experience with supervising individuals with little or no property management experience.

Experience operating buildings with multiple funding sources, restrictions, qualification and certification requirements a plus. Specifically, Tax-Credit and Public Housing Authority experience.
