Overview Training Specialist Level II is a professional who is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to meet the needs of an organization. They are responsible for creating and maintaining a learning environment that is conducive to learning and development. They must be able to assess the needs of the organization and develop training programs that meet those needs. Detailed Job Description Training Specialist Level II is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to meet the needs of an organization. They must be able to identify and analyze training needs and develop training plans and materials. They must be able to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
