Job Description

Your Contribution:
  • Attend and participate in internal meetings, and may be called upon to provide subject matter expertise on CompuGroup MedicalPM and EHR software
  • Perform analysis of Client's databases and take the appropriate course of action. Action taken may include but are not limited to:
  • Properly document all client interactions including telephone calls, client sessions, e- mail, etc.
  • Independently manage client communication including, but not limited to, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up to Client questions and issues
  • Provide mentoring to new Training Consultants and other CompuGroup Medical employees to facilitate a faster on boarding to the company and the department
  • Perform software customizations, ranging from basic to complex, in accordance to clients requirements
  • Exercise independent judgment to organize and plan client sessions to ensure each session is tailored to the individual client needs in respect to their specific practice workflow and procedures
  • Effectively educate and guide Client's Core team, end-users, super-users, on software configuration, and trainer front office and clinical staff on how to use CompuGroup Medical products both via web sessions and in live setting
  • Facilitate oversight of client expectations during the implementation process including, but not limited to, discussions with Customer/ Project Manager regarding potential issues which may result in incomplete task/milestones completion
  • Independently manage multiple priorities (i.e. customer sessions, follow-up questions, internal/external support, etc) while maintaining a high-level of service and customer friendly manner
  • Correct/address issues and/or problems identified during analysis
  • Communicate/escalate issues/problems to the appropriately to promptly and effectively address issues
Your Qualification:
  • Must become a company Certified Professional at completion of initial training
  • Ability to deliver appropriate training to individuals with markedly different educational and skill levels
  • College Degree preferred and a minimum of 3 years of applicable work experience in training electronic medical records and billing software
  • Strong working knowledge of the company's Electronic Medical Records and Practice Management software is required
  • Ability to manage classes of up to 10+ students
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
