Training Development Specilist Jobs in New York

Work with all levels of management and conduct needs assessments to identify and address employee and organizational development needs.

Administer property Learning Management (eLearning) System and other technology based learning systems.

Observe employee performance and give feedback to individuals and/or managers.

3+ years’ experience in human resources or training and development. Luxury hotel experience preferred.

High energy with effective and influential people skills. Positive attitude and the desire to motivate others.

Strong communication and listening skills and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability.

Preferred experience in luxury business setting; Management experience within the hospitality industry a plus

Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training

Bachelor's degree and minimum two + years of experience in training, curriculum development/instructional design

Design, develop and deliver training courses and workshops based on our culture of CARE for the employees of the organization

Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops for the employees and develop appropriate modification, if needed

Propose learning solutions to address performance gaps

Provide critical support in change management efforts, facilitating smooth transitions and promoting adoption of new company processes.

Proficiency in Systems: Learning Management system, Adobe Captivate, Microsoft suite and Articulate 360
