US Wealth Management Experience Domain – Must Have

Clear Understanding of Financial Analysis, Risk Modelling and Risk Management from a wealth management perspective

5+ years of application administration/management experience, including SaaS administration experience preferred

Project management and business analysis experience

Manage relationships with 3rd party support vendors to ensure they are trained on the product, processes, and new releases of software/hardware.

Generate knowledge base articles (KBAs) and best practices for troubleshooting client-specific and generic product technical issues.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related study, or equivalent experience.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in technical support, system support, or customer support.

Management of software maintenance/updates (Windows, Office, etc.)

Management of virus protection and end point protection

Management of ordering needed IT supplies (Traka security loops, blank Visi keys, fobs, cord control ties, etc.)

Experience with ServiceNow module suite and reporting capabilities

Manage time and advance issues as needed

BS/BA degree in Computer Science or relevant technical subject area and/or relevant experience

Demonstrated experience in supporting traders or front office applications.

Scripting skills, with a preference for expertise in Python or Bash.

Experience with Alteryx, PowerBI, Visual Basic, SQL, or similar work experience is also a plus

Process recurring trade request such as rebalancing accounts against a defined model

Hit $10B in cumulative volume traded;
