Weekly meetings with a manager who will support you and your work. This frequency can be adjusted over time.

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, mathematics education, or a related field.

At least five years of 6–12 classroom teaching experience

Experience developing 6–12 mathematics curricula (e.g., student-facing lessons, teacher-facing resources).

5 years eLearning/Instructional Design experience for Information Technology (IT) or Software Development topics.

Experience in rapid development and quick turnaround of training deliverables.

Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), authoring tools (Adobe Captivate) and Microsoft Office and ability to storyboard
