Roles & Responsibilities


  • Develop and Publish Self-Learning Materials such as Quick Reference Guides and Video Tutorials
  • Draft, Revise, and Finalize Business Scenarios and Data Cards
  • Participate in Testing the Training Environment
  • Draft, Revise, and Finalize ILT Course Manuals for Train-the-Trainer and Power User Training
  • Draft, Revise, and Finalize ILT Course Lesson Plans
  • Support the virtual delivery of Train-the-Trainer and Power User Training as needed. This includes: Uploading Materials to LMS Publishing the Training Schedules Providing technical support during open lab sessions


Skills Required


Experience writing curriculum, lesson plans, and/or delivering training online Experience creating computer-based training, e-learning, and/or video editing Experience with Adobe Captivate or Articulate


Skills Preferred


Experience with Google Suite applications Experience with TraCorp or other LMS Experience with Drupal or website management
