Innovate the process of finding, casting, and activating influencer talent (from micros to celebrities) for branded Influence campaigns

Collaborate with pitch, activation, and creative teams in the pitch phase to determine appropriate talent strategy and distribution plan

You will interact with stakeholders at all levels along with working cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, etc.

You have prior experience sourcing top talent for a yet to be well-known brand.

You have experience working in a fast paced tech driven environment with a high bar/

You have the ability to manage multiple searches concurrently and have a high degree of adaptability.

You have experience in a consumer driven industry with a passion for the customer.

You have experience with Greenhouse and Gem.

Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills.

2 plus years of experience in recruitment coordination, event planning or administrative experience in a fast-paced customer-centric environment.

Additional support responsibilities may be included which may include but not limited to vendor invoicing and expense transactions.

Assist with candidate tracking in the Applicant Tracking System and pull accurate data to report on pipelines and other metrics.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to ensure process changes and best practices are implemented to create efficiencies in the recruitment process.

Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Experience identifying trends, leveraging knowledge, data, and competitive intelligence to develop creative and customized sourcing strategies

Review and screen resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and fit

Awareness of what competitors and similar industry organizations are offering in the market

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Own the sourcing function-search, identify, reach, screen, and engaging candidates for corporate functions and front office roles

Design, develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and keep abreast of industry trends applying creative approaches to sourcing

Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)

Very strong verbal and written English communication skills

Minimum of 1 year of experience sourcing professionals via social media and resume databases or similar experience

Strong communication (especially written), interpersonal and business partnering skills

Identify new pools of applicants as they arise

Work with the Recruiters and Sourcing team to develop detail-rich, appealing sourcing material

Execute two to three detailed sourcing campaigns per day

Maintain connections with passive candidates

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Stay up-to-date with expected recruitment forecasts, provided by management and the People team.

Screen potential candidates for relevant experience, licensure, and cultural fit

At least 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably in the mental health field

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with potential candidates and collaborate effectively with the hiring team

Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
