Five (5) years’ experience in an accounting/financial management area with three (3) years in a supervisory capacity.

Relevant management and accounting experience, gaming accounting preferred.

Manage and coordinate state and federal corporate tax compliance filings with external tax preparers.

Works closely with corporate finance to ensure compliance with terms of all loan agreements.

Demonstrates a working knowledge of our marketplace; actively and collaboratively assists in building the best practices necessary for the Company’s success.

Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relations with staff.

BS in environmental engineering, physical science, biology, regulatory management, EHS, quality engineering, or another relevant degree

5+ years of experience in a sustainability/environmental focused role out of a manufacturing environment

Utilize sustainability expertise to develop, implement, and improve site sustainability objectives, policies, and processes

Oversee and develop sustainability and environmental reporting and auditing, including ISO14001

Participate in environmental and continuous improvement projects to ensure company goals

Willingness to travel as needed

Supports the City's Emergency Management programs.

Track NPDES Permit requirements related to stormwater education and outreach efforts.

Manages the development, implementation, and monitoring of government policies, programs, and initiatives that promote local sustainability.

Develop and execute educational and outreach programs for environmentally focused policies in the city, including stormwater, water quality and watershed health.

Prepare and distribute print-based and digital environmental educational materials.

Serves as project manager for community projects (i.e. - rain gardens, neighborhood culvert improvements, etc.)

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sustainability management or related roles, with a proven track record of success.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute sustainability initiatives effectively.

Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability standards, and ESG principles.

Experience developing and implementing sustainability strategies and initiatives, driving positive change.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and engage with diverse stakeholders.

- 7+ years of finance experience or at least 3 years experience in financial or regulatory reporting

- Manage the preparation of financial reports on all periodic basis;

- Manage the review of statutory financial statements;

- Excellent understanding of IFRS and US GAAP reporting requirements.

- Experience working in a Big-4 public accounting firm is preferred

- Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills

6 or more years of solid HSE or Environmental management experience

Educational achievements and business experience that demonstrate the intellectual capability needed to have credibility in the business

Manage leading metrics program, ensuring all sites are accurately reporting required data.

Manage the execution of new tools/software/programs and enhancements to existing data for EHS Data Collection as it relates to the mfg.

Corporate sustainability, either through work experience in a company or through consultancy experience with companies on sustainable sourcing

Experience in developing corporate environmental standards and environmental reporting

Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, finance, accounting, or a sustainability focused degree, or years of equivalent experience.

Manage and further develop Zillow’s sustainability reporting efforts, including:

Manage the company’s new sustainability reporting tool to create an efficient, repeatable and SOX compliant reporting system.

Assist the team with sustainability projects, programs and initiatives beyond reporting responsibilities.

Sound business and sustainability competence, as well as problem solving skills.

Outstanding organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail.
