Corporate Quality Reporting Manager

This is a key role within the Mars Corporate Quality team, responsible for driving the reporting strategy for the Corporate Quality function. This role leads the development and delivery of key messages (through reports, pre-reads, presentations, newsletters, etc.) to enable strong engagement and well-informed decision-making within senior leadership forums and other stakeholder groups across the business. The role works closely with the Corporate Quality Strategy Director and Communications Manager to ensure high-quality execution of the reporting strategy and to deliver clear, consistent, meaningful messaging on behalf of the Corporate Quality Team.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 5 years' experience working in complex business environments.
• Comfortable working with multiple dashboard systems to extract business metrics.
• High level of creativity and flexibility; enjoys working with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment!
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; fluent in English.
• Demonstrated project management experience; ability to proactively drive schedules and deliverables.
• Strong writing and reporting experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in business or technical field preferred.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Work in close collaboration with the Corporate Quality Team and cross-functional partners (e.g., data & analytics teams, systems owners, other corporate and segments teams, etc.) to meet reporting needs.
• Lead the development, review, and delivery of reports, pre-reads, presentations, etc. for the Quality function as input into senior leadership forums (e.g., Board of Directors, Technology Committee, Mars Leadership Team, R&D Leadership team, Technology Leadership Team), and other forums as needed.
• Manage any 3rd party providers involved in reporting processes.
• Manage the Corporate Quality reporting timeline and milestones to meet our reporting commitments and drive stakeholder engagement.
• Translate metrics and insights to create clear and cohesive messages, leveraging various internal and external sources as needed.
