Overview It Support Level 1 Tech is responsible for providing technical support to customers and end users. They are the first point of contact for customers and end users who need help with their IT systems, applications, and hardware. They troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide technical advice and guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Detailed Job Description It Support Level 1 Tech is responsible for providing technical support to customers and end users. They also install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, as well as monitor and maintain system performance. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of computer hardware and software

Job Qualifications

It Support Level 1 Tech should have a thorough knowledge of computer hardware and software, operating systems and applications, and network technologies. They should also be familiar with troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
